fingerfuls applied to dry skin 15 to 30 minutes before going outdoors is

How To Use
Fixderma Shadow is applied 15
to 30 minutes before sun exposure, followed by one reapplication 15-30 minutes
after the sun exposure begins. Further re- application is only necessary after
activities such as swimming or after excessive sweating.
